KINTSUGI guarantees the reimbursement of the expense to the customer and the customer bears only the shipping costs

The right to withdraw referred to in this article is not granted to Buyers in the cases described in article 59 of the Consumer Code in the event of the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and are been opened after delivery. The product must be returned in the same undamaged and unused packaging, in the case of sealed products it must be sent without the seal applied by the manufacturer having been removed.

The right to withdraw referred to in this article is not in any case granted to Buyers in the case of Orders relating to Personalized Products.

Term for exercising the right of contractual withdrawal

The term within which the Purchaser and / or the recipient of the Order may exercise the right of contractual withdrawal is 10 days from the date of receipt of the Order.


The return costs will be entirely borne by the Buyer and / or the recipient of the Order, except in the event that the withdrawal results in the delivery of defective, non-compliant, damaged or missing products, in which case KINTSUGI will reimburse the Buyer. and / or recipient of the Order the shipping costs.

You will receive by e-mail instructions for collection, refunding the product or sending a new product

Return shipment: pack the products in such a way as to prevent any damage, indicate the recipient’s reference on the package: KINTSUGI SRLS Viale Brigata Bisagno 6/1 16129, Genoa. If the above procedure is respected, we will credit the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within 20 working days of receipt of the goods (Article 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999)


In case of return for replacement of one or more products, the costs of returning the package and the new shipment are charged to the customer, to facilitate the procedure there is a collection and new delivery service managed by us, the cost is 10 euros which includes collection and re-shipment.
